Currency and authorization

This Canadian store presents prices in CAD. An order moves to processing after the payment is successfully authorized. A bank or card issuer may decline a transaction or temporarily reserve funds while authorization is reviewed.

Card information

Checkout may present supported card options, and the footer displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro icons. The checkout provider and issuing institution determine whether an individual payment is approved.

Billing accuracy and payment help

Enter billing details that match the payment account. For a decline or verification hold, the issuing institution may be able to explain the reason. Store assistance is available through Contact Us; never send a full card number or security code by email.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, issuer, or payment provider controls the additional posting time.
