Order preparation

After payment is authorized, Therabody orders are prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. Processing and carrier transit are separate stages.

Delivery in Canada

Orders are presented in CAD. After dispatch, estimated transportation time is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.

Addresses and tracking

Please review the delivery address before completing checkout. When tracking is available, use the carrier updates as the current shipment record.

Delays or package concerns

If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the shipment arrives damaged, email yaelwestford16233@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so the store can review the next step.
