Using this store

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, content, or other customers. Store content and branding may not be copied or misused without permission or another lawful basis.

Product and order information

We work to keep descriptions, images, availability, and CAD pricing accurate. Minor display differences can occur. Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when the store confirms and processes it, subject to availability and successful payment authorization.

Payment, taxes, and delivery

Applicable charges are shown during checkout. Orders normally require 1–2 business days for preparation, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit after dispatch. Delivery timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible new, unused change-of-mind items and defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are accepted after approval and subject to stock. Mailing instructions, the free prepaid label included in the package, no-restocking-fee rule, and refund timing are detailed in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days, while posting can take longer.
